Private Lapland Sauna Experience
Step into a piece of history with our over 150-year-old log-built smoke sauna, lovingly restored into a modern yet authentic wood-heated sauna. While enjoying the warmth, you can still sense the spirit of the original smoke sauna. The interior features elegant deadwood furnishings and a unique, custom-made stove designed exclusively for this space.
Reindeer Sleigh Ride
Reindeer have always held a special place in the stories and traditions of the Arctic. At Reindeer Manor you will live side by side with the reindeer living on the land where reindeer herding has been practiced over a century. You will learn more about the arctic animals and reindeer herding, learn to throw a lasso and get an insight into reindeer husbandry. The experience is topped with a ride in a reindeer-pulled sleigh.
Northern Lights Sledge Ride
The Northern Lights Sleigh Ride will take you deep into the snowy Lappish nature to look for the dancing Northern Lights. In this 2-hour ride a snowmobile pulls you through the snowfields in a sleigh and takes you through the dark arctic night to areas free of light pollution. As you take a break in the middle of the wilderness to gaze at the night sky, you’ll experience the peace and quiet, and if you’re lucky; the beautiful Aurora Borealis.
In addition to the activities listed above, there are plenty of other possibilities to pass time and enjoy winter fun. You can observe and feed the reindeer living at the Manor, have fun tobogganing and snowshoeing or gather around a campfire to roast marshmallows. Our hosts are also there to help you make plans, take you downhill skiing or for a walk in the Levi Village.
