BOOKING AND CONFIRMATION
When making a reservation to Reindeer Manor, you must provide the following information: name of the travelers, nationality, date of birth for children, phone number, email, payment method, arrival and departure date.
The booking is confirmed when Reindeer Manor has received the agreed payment and has sent confirmation to the booking party. Reindeer Manor reserves the right to reject confirmation if the payment has not been received. All bookings are subject to availability and are not confirmed until the customer has received confirmation via email.
NOTE: Different cancellation & booking terms may be applied during holiday periods, see payment terms section.
PAYMENT TERMS
For all reservations, payment terms depend on the selected rate.
Flexible Rate (30-day cancellation policy)
A 10% deposit is charged at the time of booking. The payment card details are securely stored by our reservation system. The remaining 90% balance is automatically charged 30 days prior to arrival. After this point, the reservation becomes non-refundable.
Non-Refundable Rate
The full reservation amount is charged at the time of booking. This rate includes a discounted price and cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Sales Office Reservations
Reservations made through our sales office are paid via a payment link or invoice. The same payment and cancellation terms apply according to the selected rate.
Special Christmas Period (12.12.2026–3.1.2027)
During this period, all reservations are non-refundable. Full payment is required at the time of booking, and the Flexible Rate is not available.
CANCELLATIONS
All reservations made through the sales department must be canceled by email. The cancellation is valid once the sales department has confirmed that it has received the cancellation. Please, be sure to cancel all the services you have reserved. It is highly recommended for the customer to have a valid travel insurance in case of sudden need to cancel the booking.
Cancellation terms depend on the selected rate.
During the special Christmas period 12.12.2026 – 3.1.2027 all bookings are non-refundable.
FORCE MAJEURE
In Force Majeure- situations, both the customer and Reindeer Manor Levi reserve the right to cancel the reservation without cancellation fees if the reservation cannot be fulfilled due to unforeseen circumstances beyond either party’s control. Such circumstances may include, for example, government restrictions, natural disasters, exceptional weather conditions, pandemics, strikes, or other similar extraordinary events.
GROUPS
For group reservations different policies and rates may apply.
